Greetings, 

My name is Adream Bennett, the Founder and Operator of A Dream Counseling, LLC. I am honored that you have chosen to work alongside our amazing and brilliant clinicians. At A Dream Counseling, we provide individual telehealth counseling services to adults and children experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. 

I graduated from Florida State University with a Master of Social Work (Clinical) and received a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Florida A & M University. I have several years of experience working with children and adults in crisis situations. 

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, my therapeutic approach focuses on building a genuine partnership with my clients by being honest, open, and non-judgmental.  To teach skills that help you understand the difference between danger and perceived danger in a relaxed muscle state through the use of mindfulness, self-regulation, and grounding. 

In addition, I use an eclectic mix of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Reality Therapy, Empowerment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Therapy to assist you with reaching your personal behavioral health goals. My desire is to inspire, empower, and release you to fulfill your dreams!
